Hey there! My name is Emile Xavier.
i am 24 years old and am based in a small city called hereford, in the west midlands.
this is where I studied BA (Hons) Graphic & Media design at university in 2017.
I soon discovered that i had more fun shooting the products rather than designing them.
Which then inspired my obsession with photography.
I started out using 35mm film cameras and my first was a Nikon Nikonos IV-A underwater film camera that i managed to win on ebay for a really reasonable price having never touched a camera before. I soon became obsessed with photography and would collect as many film cameras as I could find in charity shops and flea markets.
I now have twelve and each and every one of them brings me an immeasurable amount of joy.
I was also lucky enough to be taught how to develop C-41 and black & white film at the arts university i studied at.
I started getting into Digital Photography about two years after buying my first film camera and now I freelance for various different projects, charities and events with my work even being featured in news articles for the bbc.
